Question about a seal

I'm curious about a seal size that is used in the old Mark 30 or Mark 25 shift rod shaft, that goes into the lower unit. Isn't this a 3/8" shaft size? If someone has a knowledge about this, I would greatly appreciate the seal size that goes where that shaft goes into the lower unit.

It should be the following :Shaft size 0.375...OD 0.750.... WIDTH 0.250
