Question about hard steer to right at full power

Just purchased a “new to me” boat this past weekend- a 2003 Princecraft Pro 164 with a 2002 Mercury 75 2 stroke. We took it out in the water and noticed that at full speed, it pulls hard to the right if we were to let go. I’m afraid of ever accidentally letting it go and going for a swim. What could be the cause? On the starboard side is the swimming ladder as well as the transducer and speedometer attachments. Could this be the cause of the hard steer? What can I do to fix it?

Ayuh,.... Welcome Aboard,..... There should be a little fin above the prop, loosen it, 'n turn it the way the boat over-steers, 'n try it,....
