Question about hour gauge on 90 Volvo-Penta

Is it common for the hour gauge to show in the bottom right hand corner 1/10 what is this?Could this mean if my hour gauge reads 1289 it is actually only 1/10th of that?Just curious.

No,<br />It would mean 128hrs,+ 9-10ths Hours......<br />Or,<br />128Point9hrs......<br />128.9hrs......
