Question about reeds

So I have a 1997 E40TLEUC that I need to get new reeds for. My question is part # 0395442 is for 35 and 40hp models, part # 0389810 is for 50hp models (E50TLEUC). In all my looking over parts diagrams and part numbers this is the only difference I can see between having a 40hp or 50hp motor. Am I correct here?
Also on the diagram it shows #7 as the Leaf plate assembly, is #8,9,10, and 11 on the diagram the leaf plate assembly in separate parts? or will I need them too? Thanks

why are you wanting to buy the whole assembly?if you just need the reeds buy those #10 ? 317739 ? LEAF VALVE. 40 MODELS (2 required per assembly).look and see if the #9 n 11 are not damaged.if ok just reuse.
