question about rollers.....

I have 1 2007 Tahoe bowrider type boat but this is a pretty general trailer question anyway.....when I drive on the trailer, the roller by the wench does not seem to roll properely and is scratching up the pretty blue gelcoat right there by where you clip the strap to the boat....it is a factory trailer for this boat, it looks like a typical three pc roller, one smaller inner and two larger but the out side ones don't seem to turn and it's scratching the finish.....are they supposed to roll?

If your trailer is setup properly that wench roller shouldn't roll anyway, lot's of people use V blocks for the same use.
Some pictures of the wench area would help everyone give you some good solid advice.

it is a custom trailer for that boat with no adj for the bunks...will take a better look at the rollers

could always put a stainless scuff plate by the winch eye on the boat.
