Qualified yes! As long as they are both earlier than (I think) 94. or as long as they are both later. Reason: Mercury changed transom clamps sometime around 1994.
If the two clamps look similar, they will interchange. The merc clamps were much more massive and looked different than the earlier Force clamps.
