in my project im laying new plywood flooring i want to seal it up on both sides and edges to make sure it doesnt rot like the origina floor. whats a good paint/primer/sealer whatever to make that plywood waterproof?

Be certain that if you drill it to use screws that you coat each screw with 5200 or epoxy to reseal your work.

Use epoxy.

epoxy...or resin, two coats, to seal it all up nice nice. Not sure how your reinstalling the floor, but the floor add a lot of strength to the haul, which means you want to make sure its tied into the sides of that haul.
