Re: Question for Don S

Well, if you know which end of a screw driver goes in the slot, then you probably have a good chance of doing the job.
The trick is finding the right tooth on the gear wheel in the steering fork. One tooth has a white mark on it. This should be the first tooth to enter the gear segment when you put it together. Notice I said "SHOULD". you may have to adjust a tooth or two one way or another till you find the proper location.
Full down, you should show somewhere between -6 and -4 on the digital gauge.
You may have to adjust the potentiometer in the top of the steering for for the final couple of degrees to get it right.

Re: Question for Don S

SB: FYI, it only cost me $78 for Jeff to do it. Don S was right about a $2 part, and 1 hours labour:) The only problem I would see is for Jeff to find the time right now;), but you could check and see.
