Hi frank thx for u help so far just changed my inpeller on 95 120 force put it on muffs for the first Time after New impeller not a steady flow of water out of pee hole like on the lake pretty steady but broken a little u think it will be ok I have had the boat for about 6 months just re did the whole boat over the winter don,t want to take any chances it seems to have vary few hours on it thx for all your help u are a great resource for us new bees and old bees to lol

Muffs tend to not seal very well so your water flow may just be normal. However: Keep a close eye on it when you put it in the lake. If you don't get a steady stream, then it is time to re-check the pump and impeller. Be certain that the overheat indicator is working and listen for it.

Quick tests: Put your finger on the block while it is running. It should be uncomfortably hot and you will quickly move away, but it should not burn you. Put a couple of drops of water on the block right near the top of the head. The water will dry but should not boil off.
