On the lower unit bolts i noticed a small hole right next to one of the bolts. I also noticed when taking off the muff, water drains from this hole. Does anyone know what this hole is for?
I am kind of puzzled, and it is a hole that looks like it was put there for a reason.
I cant find anything in my seloc manual about this. It looks to be a drain hole, and its right next to a bolt that holds on the lower unit. I  thought the bolt was loose and draining water, but on closer inspection it is a hole, not a result of damage, but machine drilled for a purpose.
Any Ideas?....jas....

Thanks Roscoe, I thought that something happenned to the motor. A friend of mine thought there was a leak somewere in the mid section, due to misalighned water tubes?
He added "Its a Force" and Its not a suprise to have a hole somewere except were its supposed to be. ...jas....
