Question on a 14x11 prop

I have a 20 ft. pontoon with a 14 x11 prop. It is turning 5000 rpms at full throttle. My motor is a 2007 75 Evinrude E-Tec. It is the manufacturers prop and stainless steel. The maximum rpms for this outboard is 5500 rpms. Should I be expecting this by changing to another prop. If so any advice would be appreciated.
