Question on bow walk through support/deck height

I'm currently in the middle of replacing my stringers and deck and had a question of the support under the walk through. When I pulled the floor out, it really only seemed to support the aft part of the walk through and gradually increased a gap under the walk through the further forward it went. This was how it was glasses in, no ide wether it had been replaced before. So my question is, should the deck support the full length of the walk through or is it ok if it is supporting the aft most part like how it was when I pulled it? Sorry if this is hard to understand. Here are some picture of the walk through, you can see on the corners where it is cracked, I'm guessing from the soft floor. Sorry I don't currently have any photos of how the remaining lip is so I can give a better idea.

The old stuff looks pretty much factory original. So, you could support only the rear edge of the walk-thru. But . . . you probably would do no wrong if you gave it additional support areas further forward.

Ok, that's what I was figuring. Just wanted to make sure before I glass the last 4 stringers in and pop the cap.
