Questions not answered

Please do not get mad when your question is not answered. There are so many posts that the older ones get lost or buried. If you question has not gotten a response or you are waiting for a reply "bump" it back up to the top.<br /><br />So many questions have been replied to and the original person does not respond so we don't know if the problem was fixed or not.<br />Thanks to everyone. This post has been a blast for me.
