I recently purchased a 20 ft monark with a 2001 mercury EFI 150 . Engine runs great so far. However I restarted the motor an hour after running for about 20 minutes, and got a lot of blue smoke ( this is the first time after 15 hours of running time that I saw this). Just to check I pulled the ( supposedly new) plugs and all of them were black and wet with some gunk on them. Is the motor running to rich and is there a way to check. Is their an additve or any easy way I can clean out the cylinders. Should I change to a better type of plug like platinum. It doesn't seem to run smooth a low speed any thing to this. THANKS!!!!!
