Questions on Lights and Switch Panel

Hi Everyone,

I had a few questions on a switch panel and my bow and stern lights and was wondering if anyone had some input for me:

1. Does anyone know how to wire the power up to this switch panel?

Is it by this connection?

This is all I have been able to find online...

2. Next would be does it matter which wire is the hot and which is the ground on the:

Bow light:

and Stern light:

1. Main power to the panel hooks up to the terminal you have marked in picture 3.

2. Black is ground, keep it that way.

3. On the stern light, it doesn't make much difference. I would consider green to be ground on that one.
