Quick connect for 1984 Suzuki 9.9 hp outboard; Help!!

I have a 1984 Suzuki 9.9 hp outboard motor. My previous outboard motor was an old Ted Williams (made by Sears, I think). I have a portable fuel tank with a "quick connect". I assumed that all quick connects were the same, however I found out that they are not (mine leaks fuel like crazy). I cannot find a Suzuki dealership in Calgary, Alberta. Assuming the male quick connect on the motor is original, what kind of quick connect should I get for the end of the fuel line coming from my tank? I was told that there are usually 11 and 13 mm connects, and since the female end from my current fuel line fits over the male connector on the motor, does it mean that the one on my motor is an 11 mm one?<br />Would any corresponding 11 mm female end for my gas line fit?<br /><br />Thanks for any help anyone can give me.

Walmart? I've found them there. They also were listed on the package as fitting Chrysler also.
