I'm in the process of replacing my rotted transom on an aluminum boat. I spent a few hours today removing all the bolts and screws holding everything together.
The only snag I ran into was the drain tubes in the splash pan. They have a lip around each side and I have no idea how to get them out. are they 2 pieces that fit into each other? or do I have to cut them apart? Can new ones be bought at any boat / marina supply store?
Thanks in advance
Frank
