quick-silver oil

I was at Gander Mountain last evening and they had quick-silver oil for 2-cycle engines for $14.00 a gallon. It has the TC_3 additive stuff. Is this ok to run in my 25hp. Merc. 2-cycle motor ?

Quicksilver is the old Mercury name brand 50:1 oil.<br /><br />The newer bottles are called Mercury rather than Quicksilver.<br /><br />TMD
