Hello! I have a 94 Bayliner Capri and it has a Quicksilver 3000 throttle control. I need a new neutral throttle button (look at pics). And I also don't know how to use the lanyard, I think I don't have the correct one.

This is the only button I can find! It looks like the one in the pic, and goes to the throttle control in the pic.
But, this button is too short for my trhrottle control. It belongs to this one:
