I've searched for this but can't find anything.
I hung a new 2010 Merc 30 on my Starcraft and the dealer supplied a quicksilver control for it, but I can't get the wiring diagram from him. It is the single lever with the fast idle lever on the back, ptt on the handle and push-to-choke key setup.
The question: There are five wires coming out the aft end of the control box. One is a 5-pin that I'm sure is for the tachometer, the other four are single leads color coded as follows: red (common hot for accessories?) tan, green w/white stripe, and blue w/white stripe. I am getting ready to install tach, oil pressure, and hour meter. Would one of you guys be so kind as to tell me what those other wires are for?
