quicksilver gear lube question

Hello all,
Is there a difference between mercury quicksilver high performance gear lube and mercury quicksilver premium gear lube,if so what is it.My bottle says do not mix either one with the other. thanks for any replies oh yes I ask because the book says just use quicksilver gear lube. and I have hp in it now and all I can find to purchase is premium

The High Performance is synthetic I believe.
