Quicksilver laser 2

I have a quicksilver laser 2 SS prop, I know that it is a 23 pitch by the 23P making but I cant figure out by the numbers what size it is. Does anyone know the Quicksilver laser 2 props well enough to tell how to figure out the size? I'm wanting to use my boaton the river and don't really want to tear up a SS prop in the river, I was told that I should use a aluminum prop and when I chose one to make sure I go up 1/4" at least in size and one whole pitch size, is this true and would I benefit better with buying a prop/skeg guard and keeping what I have?

Ayuh,... The rest of the number is just a Part #...

You're at 23" now, 25" is the next step...

Btw,...25" props, in aluminum are abit of a rarity, right at the top of available aluminum props...
