Quicksilver Power 2 Shifting Prop

I have one of these laying around and wanted to see if there was any interest here before I went to ebay with it.

I haven't used it and the previous owner hadn't used it. As far as I know it has never been used. It is in mint condition. All parts, original box, and instructions are with it.

I recently, last week, purchased on of these missing parts. I have found all of the parts except for the torsion spring part# 24-823519 and do not have a manual. Would love a copy of the manual (will pay for a copy) and any help locating a torsion spring would be greatly appreciated.
