Ok, this is probably so simple, but I don't want to break the cover. I would like to remove the cover to my '97 Quicksilver dual throttle (don't know the exact model) so I can adjust the friction. I took a pic & I'm guessing all that has to be done is push in the button I've drawn an arrow towards? It moves a little, but not enough to remove the cover (corroded?). BTW, anybody know of a manual online? I don't see any info in the manuals that came with the boat.
