So I bought a "semi-custom" cover from iboats once that had loops for tiedowns. Cover fit well but straps were always a pain. I was at the boat store today and sales guy said that 90% of boat buyers these days are buying full mooring covers with ratcheting strap, no snaps. Just wondering if anyone has ever heard of taking a off the shelve semi custom cover and turning and modifying it with sewing machine to accept a ratcheting strap? If does anyone know anyone that sells one made to fit sea ray as I haven't been able to find one yet.
