thanks!! - not sure if I am ready to drill into our boat yet - its our first (new to us boat), but we will see how the summer goes. I do remember seeing a post of some made for cleats but saw the retail price of $300+ that throws me off.

These racks are a good price and will fit 1 1/2'' - 2'' tube. If your rails are that size you might have a look.
