Racor 500MA filter question.

I purchased a couple of Racor 500MAs to filter my system, but inadvertently purchased the type with the metric M16 ports. I purchased them a while ago, so there's no chance in returning them. The ports appear to be stainless fittings that can be removed, but I don't know if removing them will leave me with much of a different scenario. Does anyone have any idea of what the thread size might be if I removed the fittings? I've been looking all day for some kind of adapter, M16 to 3/4"-16, but I'm not having much luck. Parker has something that might work. I sent an email to Parker, but they haven't got back to me. I'd like to get them installed this weekend. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think that's pretty much the part I saw on Parker's site.

All of the units I see advsertised for sale online don't have any fittings in the ports. I'm wondering if the main openings on the body of the housing, that the fittings are attached to, are 3/4"-16. I might pull one of the fittings and take it down to my neighborhood autoparts store to see if he can identify the thread for me. I think there is a hose guy about 15 miles south of me, so, worst scenario, I'll drive over and give him a visit.

Local auto parts guy confirmed both male and female ends of the port fitting are 16mm, so I better wait and hear what Parker can do for me. Fortunately, there is a Parker distributor near my work that deals in their fittings.
