Rail End/Mount Can't find this anymore. anyone got suggestion

I been trying to look and look everywhere for this Rail End/Mount and I Can't seem to find 1.

My other one broke so i need to replacement. but unfortunately. no one seems to sell this


I have attach a picture . if anyone has purchase this before. please help an asian out. LOL
