It wont start
It is a mid 70's 75hp chrysler
It was running good until i ran out of gas(gas gauge is broke)
When it started to spit and sputter,it died and i tried to restart it and it seemed to back fire.
I used the trolling motor to get to the gas dock(almost a hour trip)lol and got fuel.
Primed the ball, sprayed alittle starting fluid and nothing.
So today I took the carbs off and put on the spare set I had.
Still nothing,I checked and I have great spark.
A few times as I was trying to turn it over,it back fired, and then nothing
I looked at the fuel pump, and there is fuel.I looked at the carb bowl and there was fuel.
Could there be some thing clogging?
What else should i check?
Thanks
Rich
