random fire on 1995 evinrude 200hp entruder

Engine runs great at idle breaks up and surges at wot. good compression, changed plugs and wires. all coils are good. checked spark with spark checker gapped at 7/16. if I pull all plugs out then they all get fire, but when I reinstall them it goes back to hit or miss. please help!!!!!!!!!

from one cadet to another, sounds like a fuel delivery issue, check all hoses, filters, primer, fuel pump for pressure 2-5psi, clean carbs. good luck

Is the mtr spinning over fast enough when cranking with the plugs in?? How's your battery and all the starter cable connections?? The mtr has to spin over fast enough to produce spark when cranking. Is it a slow surge at wot or is it very abrupt liking turning the key on and off ??
