We used to use an old biscuit tin on the bbqi smoked some trout in a carboard box with a $15 electric stove eye, some bamboo garden stakes and a metal pie pan. Save your money...
I did some cheese as well. In the garage for external temp consistency. I've also done cheese on my egg but have to only do it in the winter.We used to use an old biscuit tin on the bbq....mixed results
