Hi guys. I am looking to up grade myself and looking at a 1978 27 foot Regal cruiser. it has a replacement engine, not the original Ford 289 but a fuel enjected 7.4 it is a straight drive not an I/O and I suspect the weight at about 6500 I believe it has a 23P prop.<br /><br />I have been told that the range of this boat is anywhere from 0.6 to 1.5 MPG does this sound right? it just seem a bit low to me.
