Hi
1995 four winns 5 litre ford I/O
Have not been able to use since September 2022 health issues. When I put it away and ran muffs to change oil I noticed drips from the belt driven sea water pump, One person said because hose turned on too high and it will be okay in the water??
Am hoping that is the case?
What are the parts # for:
the two sealed bearings that are stainless steel
the shaft seal
the O ring

I am really stuck here as we do not have reputable repair here, and my boat is really showroom condition.
I think the raw water pump is a 3857794, V belt driven, has rubber impeller behind the hose ports.
if it is dripping I have yet to see as not in water.....is it sucking air too?

Hoping someone has diagram and part numbers or experience as I am stuck.
Thanks

Hi Scott Thanks
All I could find on the site you provided was the gaskets and impeller parts. I could not find the Bearings (2), o ring, shaft seal.

The rebuild kits will come from Johnson or ITT Jabsco. However last time I bought a pump, it was only $150. The rebuild kit, impeller, etc came out to about 90.

start about page 42.

page 46 has the F5B (5.7 liter and smaller) and F6B (5.7 liter and bigger) crankshaft mounted pumps for the GM motors

being belt driven, I assume the F7B.

the SPX catalog sucks. the old Johnson pump brochures/catalog had the pump and listed the service parts.

here is a website that has breakdowns (but the prices are way too high). https://www.pumpvendor.com/johnson.html

look at the cover of your pump. it will have the johnson or ITT Jabsco part number for the pump on it. then google a parts kit for that number.
