Re-upholstry seat question?

ok well i have a couple of seats that need the upholstry redone in them but i am gonna just do it all, how hard is it to do it ur self or would i be better goin to get it done by an upholstry shop?

depend on the type seat. i have done many. pictures would help.

I asked the same question in the restoration forum, got some good advice.

I'm going to replace some seats altogether on mine, and re-upholster the captains chair, as it is a 'double' and no one makes them. ( and my batteries are under it)
