Yeap, I know it is winter time in North America but I am so ready to get the old pontoon boat out into the water but have to wait until it warms up again. Dang!!!!:grumpy:

Don't I know it I have got most of my work list done and am waiting till the last little bit to finish up a full water pump and carb replacement before I splash it for the season and its down to 47 days and its going be a loooooooong wait.
Just got in the new LED docking lights and got 2, 50 to 60 degree days coming so I will get those put on next.

I'm with you guys, ready for the season to start up. I been buying things over the winter to put on, but I can't do anything till I take off the cover. I hope to get two new lounge seats with lean backs, for the front and put my two fishing seats out on the swim deck. I have so many plans but you know how that works out sometimes.

I've got a bunch of 'stuff' to add to my 'toon'. Unfortunately it is in Arizona at our River house. Fortunately it is parked in my heated and air conditioned garage. Unfortunately I'm stuck in California for a few more weeks. Fortunately we will be going to Arizona for 2 weeks at the end of February. Unfortunately, it isn't February yet. Fortunately I've got a ton of tools at the river house. Unfortunately it isn't February yet.......

We had a real nice warm 75 degree day here so I finished the docking lights and started in on the motor work, got the LU dropped and the new water pump impeller and new housing installed and of course the water pump tube dropped out, :frusty: and its a huge PIA to get back in. I think its time to get one of those inspection cameras :yield:. And 45 days to go.

I sure know I am ready and I have only owned my toon for a week. It may need a new impeller so I hope that isn't too much of a problem. I changed one about 10 years ago on an I/O and it was a little bit of a pain but that boat had lived in salt water. Seems to make a big difference. I also have to get some deck light but have several other thing in the mix right now. Trolling motor to install is the biggest. Wish I had a heated garage. In Indiana I could really use it.

65 for the high today, and then reality sets back, and lets us know it is still winter. lets see what the groundhog has to say. either way, it looks like about 6 more weeks for me
