Rear Seal Spindal Question

[Black Snow Slide]

I am replaceing my hubs and the rear seal area of the Spindal has tiny little black pit marks. I have taken emory cloth and spent an hour rubbing it. The makes are still there but it is smooth. Should that be ok?

that will be fine. All you need to worry about would be a GROOVE where the seal seals.!

If it just dark marks. O K

If there is a ACTUAL feel of roughness. You have a real problem happening. Get help.
