Wow... Sometimes previous damage is not noticeable until the hull is sanded, but this is unbelievable. Here is a piece I pulled off the keel. Seems the previous owner beached this boat a few too many times and tried to repair it.

This chunk was easily pulled off by hand. The glass fabric isn't even wetted through. And, to top it all off, he put it right on top of the green ablative bottom coat. Yeah, no wonder I was able to simply pull it off like a band-aid.

Oh well, gotto go fix this the RIGHT way...

That is what we refer to when we tell people to do it right and NOT use a band aid repair method.

Bond-o said it right one day and said too many people are looking for that Easy Button fix......
