My 18 year old son and I have just bought a 1980 Mirrorcraft 14' Deep V Al boat with a 15 HP motor. Boat and motor are in great shape, but the inside of the boat (floor and seats) are shot. We want to re-build the interior (raised floor, live well, storage, bilge pump, etc) and we are looking for some suggestions (designs, materials of construction, fastening methods, hardware sources, floor covering suggestions, etc). Can others that have taken on this type project, share their good ideas?
