I would like to share my Video of rebuilding my 1981 Searay 265.
This is my first boat. Buying was a spur of a moment decision, and rebuilding was a pleasure.

The project started small. I just wanted to refresh the boat. After one month of work I realized what I got myself into. My mistake was getting West Marine Catalogue; I just wanted to get every gadget that was available.
But at the end it was all worth it.

Very nice! I would venture to say you increased it's market value which is actually rare with restorations. nice job!!
