What should I get when I have my carb rebuilt? On advice by my boat shop my carb needed rebuilding as it was leaking in multiple spots. Mostly from the accelerator pump. Had it rebuilt, took it back to the shop and just got a call that it is still leaking from the accelerator pump. Is that not usually part of the rebuild process?

Those normally come with a new accelerator pump, but who knows what the rebuilder did.

Re: "Rebuilt" Carburator

Spoke to carb shop, they did replace the accelerator pump and did test it for leaks. (so they say) Just makes me wonder since that was part of the original problem. Now I've got an extra hour labor at the boat shop that I need to see if they are going to help me with.

Thanks
