Thanks for all the help in the past. Best site out there. I just did a water pump rebuild on an 86 merc xr2 150. Now no water to very little water pumping out tell tale. On muffs there is a good strong stream, but not on its own. I rebuilt 2 yrs ago and had no problems. I only rebuilt again because manual recommends. Has to be something simple I installed wrong. I know I will have to drop lower unit again, but is there something specific I should look for.
