Has anyone found any of these? Or any other way of mounting rod holders other than just putting a tee headed bolt into the track?

I put 2 of these on my right/left rear just last night. I put a piece of thin rubber under each, very solid & drill no holes. And I'll be using them tonight trolling.

Yeah, I considered using some type of clamp on mount, I have Tite Loks on my jon boat and I really like them all aluminum or stainless and made in the USA and I found out this week that they have awesome customer service. I'm just looking for a neater cleaner way to mount heavy duty rod holders for stripers etc. A 30 pound striper hits like a train wreck and I just don't trust the plastic rod holders and one of the local guides told me that stripers will break the plastic rod holders. I'd hate to find that out with a $300 rig, not to mention losing the fish!
