Can anyone recommend a good replacement for my failed Guest 2611A dual battery charger? It is used to charge my two-battery bank for my Whistler Pro-2500 watt inverter. The batteries are Deka Marine Master DC27. I dont know which relevant battery spec's to quote, so here is the spec sheet from the website.

BTW, the only relevant footnote cut off from the chart was "Deduct 15% from CCA and CA rating shown to allow for double insulation (glass mat)"

Thanks

Any charger with 6 amp or greater output per bank would be fine.

Anyone have an opinion on the 5000 SP Series Marine Electronic Battery Charger? These were recommended to me previously elsewhere. Again, these batteries are just for powering my inverter, not any 12 volt loads, nor starting the engines or anything.

I have the Guest 20-amp, 2 bank Pro Charge model and like it. Was on my boat when I bought it 4 years ago and I've had no problems with it. Did yours fail prematurely?

It stopped working after I accidentally hooked up the shore power when the inverter was connected to the outlets. The inverter was fine, but the charger is dead now.
