Recommend engine brackets

I am looking to install two outboard brackets. Universal units will be fine. I would like one for a 25 to 30HP remote operated OB and one for a 9.9HP kicker. I don't need any special features for the main engine. Fixed open bracket will be fine. I would like the kicker bracket to be adjustable. It doesn't have to have tool less adjustment. I'd like the ability to fine tune the height and lock it in. It could even be a solid mount that uses various mounting holes for adjustment. Something simple. The boat is a flat bottom fiberglass re-enforced wood skiff.

So my question is, what have you used and would you recommend your bracket? Thanks
