recommended RPM for 2000 evinrude FITCH?

I was just wondering what would be safe to run my motor at. its a 2000 evinrude 200hp and with the prop i have now i am only hitting 4,800rpm. I would like to up the prop a little more for some extra speed and a little more rpm. thanks

Normally 5000 to 6000 rpm. Try and get it right in the middle of that range. BUT, before you go playing with props make sure your mtr is running on all 6 cyls and your tach is correct.
