Rectifier Help

I recently purchased a 0395204 rectifier for my 1985 115HP Evinrude. According to Shop Evinrude.com it is supposed to be an equivalent part for a 0395391. However the one I purchased (0395204) only has 4 wires and the one I am replacing(0395391) has 5 wires. The new one is missing the Purple wire that connects on #6. Will this work ok with the missing wire? Or do I need to return it and purchase the correct part?

395204 is the proper superseded unit. the purple wire is no longer required.

Hey Thanks again, I hooked it up and its running at 13.5 Volts and my Tach is working too!!!
