Rectifier Voltage Drop

Has anyone ever experienced a voltage drop through a rectifier? The voltage coming into the rectifier is 12.65 volts and coming out it is 12.3. This is a new rectifier should I get my money back?

By all means get your money back.------------But wait , what if the next one does the same thing ?

Diodes by their very nature have a voltage drop. 0.7V for normal, 0.3 for Schottky. A bridge rectifier is 4 normal diodes in a bridge format.
