A few folk have asked me what this means. I guess that a few more would like to know but haven't asked.<br /><br />An old mariners' weather forecasting aid was the couplet:<br /><br />Red sky at night, Sailor's delight.<br />Red sky at morning, Sailor, take warning!<br /><br />A red sky at sunset reveals that there is clear sky far to the west, which will arrive tomorrow.<br /><br />A red sky at dawn shows a clear sky far to the east, which may have been replaced by severe weather where you are.<br /><br />My tag line is an old mariner's way of wishing you clear skies tomorrow.<br /><br />Red sky at night. . .<br />JB
