have 1997 188 manta ray[out of business] and the consoles/dashs need redone,already pulled them out and made repairs to the dashs and had to cut the vinyl off to do so, can they be reuholstered. the vinyl looks to be pressed on by a machine and the man redoing it said he may not be able to do it and if so what other options do i have.
