Well well is that a center console that did OK without being covered, waxed, flushed and garaged? Seems to be....

But of all my boats, i would only put my money on the 13' whaler making that trip

Regulator makes a hell of a boat, think they are fully foam filled. That is the only way that boat could have made the trip. Basically a large cork boobing around. Its amazing to me, no one saw it or salvaged it. think a little compound will bring her back to life,lol If I was Regulator, I would be trying to get my hands on it and do a restore. What a sales pitch that could be.

Mine wouldn't be hard to find. Go to where you last saw it, look straight down. Steel doesn't float so well once theres water on the inside too...

You forgot to add the $5500 price and the fact it was a 1owner! Nobody would have seen it because it was probably swamped. Foam hull and no bilge pump it would have been completely in the water.
